Arrival in Nairobi – Overnight at Hemingways

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our safari representative and transferred to Hemingways Nairobi, an elegant boutique hotel set in the leafy suburb of Karen.

Check into your luxurious suite, relax after your international flight, and enjoy the hotel’s refined hospitality. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to explore nearby attractions like the Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum, or simply unwind with a spa treatment.

What is the best time of year to go on this safari?

Tour Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid at least 60 days before the safari start date.

2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.

3. Travel Documents:
Clients must have valid passports with at least six months’ validity beyond the travel dates and any required visas or permits. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary documents.

4. Health & Safety:
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate vaccinations and travel insurance. Consult your doctor regarding malaria prophylaxis and other health precautions.

5. Changes to Itinerary:
The itinerary may be subject to change due to weather conditions, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to provide a comparable alternative.

6. Liability:
The tour operator is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property during the safari. Clients participate at their own risk and are advised to follow guides’ instructions at all times.
