Reservations & Payments

A deposit of 50% of the total safari cost is required at the time of booking.

The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival.

Bookings made within 60 days of travel require full payment upon confirmation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival: deposit is refundable minus administrative fees.

Cancellations received 30–59 days prior to arrival: 50% of the safari cost will be charged.

Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the safari cost will be charged.

No refunds will be made for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, evacuation, and trip cancellation is mandatory.

Paul Tours Safari is not responsible for any expenses arising from accidents, illness, loss of luggage, or missed flights.

4. Safari Itinerary

While every effort is made to adhere to the itinerary, Paul Tours Safari reserves the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, park regulations, or safety concerns.

5. Wildlife Sightings

We cannot guarantee specific wildlife sightings as animals are in their natural habitat. However, our professional guides will maximize your chances of memorable encounters.
