Day 1
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by an Asilia representative and transferred by private vehicle to your lodge located on the outskirts of Arusha. The remainder of your day is at leisure. Built as a coffee estate in the 1900s, Legendary Lodge has evolved into a retreat for guests seeking a reminder of a bygone era. The lodge with 12 stunning cottages set in the colorful grounds that are filled with the purple of the jacarandas, the flaming red of the African tulip trees and soft white of the frangipanis offer a cosy refuge with their wide fireplaces and comfy leather armchairs on chilly Arusha nights. The lodge also boasts of a spa, fitness centre and a swimming pool. Meals are included on request. Overnight: Legendary Lodge

Day 2
Tarangire National Park
This morning you will be met and transferred by private vehicle to Arusha airport for your onward flight to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a camp representative who will transfer you to Lemala Mpigo Ridge in customised open safari vehicle. The drive time is approximately 1 hour with game viewing opportunities en route. The lodge, sitting atop an escarpment with sweeping views across the perennial Tarangire River and valley below, matches the same outstanding standards of comfort and service as the other properties in Lemala’s collection. Each of the 15 spacious tented suites have been carefully positioned to maximize not only the sensational views over the Tarangire valley but also to take advantage of cooling breezes during warm weather. Day 3-4
Exploring Tarangire
Experience day or night game drives with expert guides. The lodge is ideally located for an incredible safari experience throughout Tanzania’s naturally rich region of the Northern Circuit. Thanks to careful positioning in prime wildlife areas, safari vehicles and phenomenally well trained professional guides, Lemala’s guests enjoy fantastic game viewing at all times of the year. Huge herds of elephants, greater kudus, impalas and zebras are all easily spotted whilst leopard lurk in the trees. As the sun fades enjoy a sundowner as you watch the game carry on with their daily activities. Return to camp to freshen up before dinner. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Day 5
Ngorongoro- Africa's natural wonder
After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your light aircraft flight to Lake Manyara airstrip where a guide from Lemala Ngorongoro will meet and transfer you to the camp, approximately a 2.5-hour drive with game viewing en route. Lemala Ngorongoro is intimately set in a delightful ancient acacia forest close to the rim of the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. Dinner and overnight.

Day 6
The Ngorongoro Crater
The Ngorongoro Crater was formed around 2.5 million years ago when a giant volcano exploded and collapsed on itself. Now an enclosed ecosystem and World Heritage Site, the Crater is the best place in East Africa to see the Big 5. A key advantage of staying at Lemala Ngorongoro is the quick and easy drive down on to the crater floor in the morning; Lemala guests usually have an hour’s head start over others descending via the far busier Seneto crater access road on the western rim. And of course can stay later in the afternoon before returning to camp. As Africa’s game is most active in the early morning and late afternoon this means better wildlife experiences for Lemala guests. Game drives from camp may start as early as 6.15am and guests can be down among Ngorongoro’s abundant wildlife on the floor within 10-15 minutes – crucial for photographers who demand the best light conditions. Escorted walks are also available into the forest and along the crater rim with an armed ranger and Maasai guide.

Day 7
Serengeti National Park
This morning, transfer back to Lake Manyara airstrip for your onward journey to the Serengeti. Flight duration to the camp’s airstrip varies depending on travelling season. On arrival at Seronera airstrip, meet your guide and game drive to Lemala Nanyukie Lodge, surrounded by kopje rocks and shaded by large acacia trees and breathtaking views of the Serengeti grassland, one of the best places for game viewing both on vehicle and foot.

Day 8-9
Game drives in Serengeti
The Serengeti, meaning ‘endless plains’ in the Maasai language, is undoubtedly one of the world’s most celebrated wilderness areas. The following days will be enjoyed in morning and afternoon game drives from Lemala Nanyukie superbly located with outstanding views across these fascinating ‘endless plains’. This area of the Serengeti is crossed by the thrilling wildlife spectacle of the annual wildebeest migration, but also has high-density game-viewing at all times and is well-known for its large concentration of cats, so much so that until recently this area was set aside for scientific research into predators, especially cheetah.

When and where does the tour end?
Your tour Ends in Arusha city or Kilimanjaro Airport. We highly recommend booking accommodation to give yourself time to fully experience the wonders of this iconic city of Arusha City one day before safari! all cost is not included accommodation before and after safari.
When and where does the tour start?
Day 1 of this tour is an arrival day, and it will involve a pick up at Kilimanjaro airport and drop off to your hotel.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
We definitely have airport pick up and drop up services available for our clients who have booked our full packages tour. We are also pleased to inform you that we don’t charge for the pick up and drop off services. Actually it’s free of cost. But for this you need to provide the arrival time and date.
What about the local language? Do we need guide services everywhere?
We provide English speaking chauffeurs for individual tours. For group tours, English speaking tour escorts would accompany the groups. During sightseeing involving historically important places or monuments, we provide English speaking local guides who are well knowledged in history and culture. We could even provide guides who speak French, German and Japanese but only on advanced booking.
Is tipping included in the tour cost? If not how much should it be for the trip?
Tipping is not included in any of our packages and it is left the discretion of the travellers. Though not compulsory, tipping is expected by one and all involved in the service industry. We would recommend carrying small change in your pocket. Tips to Guides or other services rendered (Highly recommended)
What is the age travel limit for children?
We accept children of all ages to travel on safari and believe it is a wonderful experience for families to travel together. For children to make the most out of their travels, we suggest looking into one of our special family itineraries. We have car seats available for very young children. Please bear in mind, some of the accommodation have minimum age restrictions, so please inform us of the age of your child/children.
