Every major park in Tanzania, including Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire, has airstrips serviced by scheduled safari flights. For those looking to explore non-operated parks, we also offer fly-in safaris via chartered light aircraft.
Flying to these stunning parks offers a fast and comfortable way to travel. Upon arrival, you will stay in luxury lodges or tented camps, where you can enjoy game drives into the bush to witness the incredible wildlife. Most fly-in safaris to northern Tanzania begin at Arusha Airport, just 10 km from Arusha, while others may start from Kilimanjaro International Airport. For safaris in southern Tanzania, you will depart from Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar.

Travel Itinerary
Day 1
Flying To Serengeti
After your early breakfast at your hotel in Arusha or Zanzibar, you will then be picked up and transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight to Serengeti National Park, depending on the number of stopovers in the other airstrips along the way. On your arrival at the Airstrip, you will be met and transferred to your lodge by your guide. you will get settled in the lodge, have lunch before heading out for your first game drive. the game will last to the evening where you will experience great views of the Serengeti sunset. Accommodation will be in Melia Safari Lodge Serengeti with your dinner.
Day 2
Serengeti National Park
Today you will enjoy a full day game drive in Serengeti National Park. Throughout the day, you will explore the surroundings of a well-known phenomenon; the yearly crossing of the migration. Depending on the rainfall and your travel dates you may have the opportunity to witness this spectacle of nature. In this expansive landscape, watered by several rivers the game is there for viewing in large numbers. You are highly likely to cross paths with giraffe, hippopotamus, elands and elephants. Day 3
End Of Safari
After a good night’s sleep, this morning it is departure time. Your vehicle will be taking you to the Seronera airstrip for your flight back to Arusha or Zanzibar Airport. Enjoy the magnificent views while flying over Serengeti National Park and admire the changing scenery of the Great Rift Valley. Perhaps you will even get a glimpse of the famous Mount Kilimanjaro, as the plane stops briefly in Arusha. You will land at Zanzibar Airport with a camera full of pictures to share with friends and family and look back on the amazing memories created on your African endeavour!

Do you arrange airport transfers?
Definitely we have airport pick up and drop up facilities for our clients who have booked our full packages tour. We are also pleased to inform you that we don’t charge for the pick up and drop up facilities. Actually it’s free of cost. But for this you need to provide the arrival time and date.
What about the local language? Do we need guide services everywhere?
We provide English speaking chauffeurs for individual tours. For group tours, English speaking tour escorts would accompany the groups. During sightseeing involving historically important places or monuments, we provide English speaking local guides who are well knowledged in history and culture. We could even provide guides who speak French, German and Japanese, only on advanced booking.
Is tipping included in the tour cost? If not how much should it be for the trip?
Tipping is not included in any of our packages and it is left the discretion of the travellers. Though not compulsory, tipping is expected by one and all involved in the service industry.
