Depending on your arrival time, you may have your pre-safari briefing today; if not, it will take place early tomorrow morning. Today we proceeded to Ngorongoro crater for a game drive, which is the 8th natural wonder of the world and the unique, world famous caldera with the most abundant wildlife. We will descend into the Ngorongoro crater floor. From the comfort of your open-top vehicle, descending down the crater, you will enjoy amazing panoramic view and if you are lucky, you will see the Big five.The caldera is exhibiting more than 120 species of mammals. We will also visit saline lakes such as lake Magadi, which is a magnet for flamingos and other water birds.We will see pools full of hippos, the endangered East Africa’s last black rhinos including birds such as secretary bird, white stork arriving from Europe during the wet season, kori bustards, crowned cranes and ostriches. It is for sure a landscape of sheer beauty. Another big draw card to this picturesque park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot.After the thrills and excitement of the day, you will have a picnic lunch in the park. After Breakfast in Ngorongoro, drive to Serengeti National Park - with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, Known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a Valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti's species. Today we have Full day in the Serengeti National Park. We are completely flexible with your preferences and this day will be organized according to your wishes. On every day of the safari, your guide will discuss with you the best timings for you, including the game drives and the wake up time. For example, on this day, you could do a morning game drive, return to the camp for lunch and relaxation and finish with an afternoon game drive, or you could do a full day game drive with picnic lunch. On the morning of day 5 you will be transferred to the Seronera airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar, flying via Arusha. Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel to relax and soak up the sea air! You have four days to enjoy this beautiful island paradise. Enjoy activities such as snorkeling or scuba diving; exploring the history and architecture of Stone Town; kite-surfing; swimming with dolphins; a spice tour; dhow sailing or relaxing on the beach.
