As a Junior Travel Agent, your key responsibility will be to simplify the process of arranging travel for your clients using your knowledge of the industry. In addition, Travel Agents provide expert advice, secure the best value options for their clients, and, ultimately, ensure they have a positive travel experience. Moreover, your role will be essential in guiding clients through every step of their journey, ensuring satisfaction and a seamless travel experience.

Junior Travel Agents may specialize in a particular field such as domestic travel, international travel, corporate travel, or tours. Specialties can also be destination-specific, usually based on a Travel Agent’s familiarity with a particular region. Most Travel Agents work in a sales environment in a retail travel agency, call center or online agency, and make a commission on the bookings made.

Marketing ExecutiveΒ 

Marketing executives develop marketing campaigns to promote a product, service, or idea. Sales ManagerΒ 

We are looking for an effective, persuasive, and committed Sales Manager with a solid background in luxury travel. In this role, you will work alongside other members of our team, planning company strategy and, furthermore, ensuring the continuous delivery of sales performance in line with Paul Tour Safari’s commercial and business goals. Additionally, your contributions will play a crucial part in driving the company’s success.

Your responsibilities as Sales Manager at our tour agency will include adopting a hands-on approach, establishing, managing, and mentoring the sales and customer service teams. You will also have to inspire to drive sales and focus on improving customer experience as well as contribute to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales & service targets. Management of a pre-agreed percentage of the teams’ calls is an important part of our sales managers’ responsibilities. In addition to this, other responsibilities will provide you with the opportunity to grow as a professional at SunTravel, further enhancing your skills and expertise.

Reservations ConsultantΒ 

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Reservations Consultant to work alongside the Sales Team on a day-to-day basis. In this role, the Reservations Consultant will be responsible for handling, converting, and closing inquiries to a successful conclusion, all while ensuring that agreed service levels are met. Moreover, the consultant will play a key part in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the process.

You will be working in a state-of-the-art contact center based in the USA. Specifically, you will handle predominantly inbound calls from international customers regarding new travel bookings and reservations. Moreover, previous travel experience is not essential for this role. Instead, first-class training is provided to ensure you get off to a flying start and succeed in your position!

You must have excellent written and spoken English communication skills for accurate emails, itineraries, and account information. Moreover, a professional, friendly approach and good organizational skills are necessary. Additionally, you should be able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure. Furthermore, we require a minimum of 12 months’ experience with Sabre GDS, Amadeus, or related systems.

Travel Sales Advisor

Furthermore, the managers ensure that holidaymakers’ travel arrangements run smoothly from start to finish. Additionally, they provide practical support throughout the trip to guarantee a stress-free and enjoyable experience. Additionally, they have in-depth knowledge of specific areas and may act as guides. On overseas tours, they not only use language skills but also rely on cultural or historical knowledge to ensure a smooth tour and an enjoyable experience for holidaymakers. Moreover, most tour managers work on a self-employed basis for tour operators. These range from international companies to smaller, special interest operators, thereby catering to diverse preferences and needs.

This is a demanding, varied, and rewarding role. Specifically, it includes welcoming groups of holidaymakers and, furthermore, announcing travel arrangements to ensure everyone is informed and comfortable throughout the journey. Additionally, you will check tickets, relevant documents, seat allocations, and special requirements.
