    • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your safari. The balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods.

    • More than 90 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee.

    • 60–90 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.

    • Less than 60 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.

  3. Changes to Itinerary

    • Changes due to weather, flight schedules, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Your guide will provide alternative options to ensure a seamless experience.

  4. Travel Insurance

    • Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and evacuation is strongly recommended.
