A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to the start date of the safari. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • 30% of total cost if canceled more than 60 days before departure

  • 100% of total cost if canceled 60 days or fewer before departure

3. Travel Insurance
