1. Booking & Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to the start date of the safari. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
30% of total cost if canceled more than 60 days before departure
100% of total cost if canceled 60 days or fewer before departure

3. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must include coverage for trip cancellation, curtailment, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to travel.
4. Health & Safety
Guests must ensure they are medically fit to travel. It is the responsibility of the traveler to consult with a healthcare professional regarding recommended vaccinations and health precautions for Tanzania.
5. Passports & Visas
It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure their passport is valid for at least six months from the date of travel and that the necessary visas and travel documents are obtained in advance.
