  • The balance (70%) must be paid at least 60 days before the start date of the safari.

  • For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 90 days or more before arrival: Loss of deposit only.

  • Cancellation between 89–60 days before arrival: 50% of total safari cost.

  • Cancellation between 59–30 days before arrival: 75% of total safari cost.

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of total safari cost.

  • No refunds will be given for early departures or unused services.


Children’s Policy

  • Children under 5 years stay free when sharing with parents (in selected lodges/camps).

  • Children aged 5–11 years are charged 50% of the adult rate when sharing with parents.

  • Children aged 12 years and above are charged the full adult rate.
