Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, our Safari Specialist will meet and welcome you to East Africa Tanzania. He guides you through the entire Tanzania Visa application process and skips long immigration queues. You will be escorted from arrival to departure, making your arrival to Tanzania completely worry-free. Upon exiting the airport, Our representative will be holding a poster with your name who will transfer you to Arusha (45 minutes) for the Serenity retreat of Gran Melia Arusha hotel is an elegant and charming Luxury Hotel located along Serengeti Road right in the heart of Arusha. ARUSHA - TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
08: 00 AM Departure from the hotel in Arusha and drive with 4x4x and drive to Tarangire National Park is a unique place and absolutely fantastic at this time of the year. Viewing some of Tanzania's largest populations of elephants and enjoying the diverse scenery, including the dramatic baobab trees that are so typical of the park. Enjoy a picnic lunch near the stretch of Tarangire River. More game drive until the end of the day you drive to Acacia Tarangire Luxury Camp please join us for a welcome reception followed by cocktails drinks, dinner and overnight on cool winter evenings, get cozy next to a fireplace and sip one of the best coffees you will ever taste. SERENGETI - NGORONGORO CRATER
Early breakfast and today you will explore the famous Ngorongoro Crater long regarded as Africa’s “Garden of Eden.” Within the crater lie grasslands, forests and a freshwater lake, inspiring a continual migration of animals. Riding in our four-wheel-drive safari vehicle, you’ll have a chance to spot Africa’s celebrated “Big Five” – buffalo, elephant, leopard, the black-maned lion and the rare black rhinoceros. Dig into a hot lunch as you picnic in the heart of the crater, sure to be a highlight of your African safari. Later drive to The Lodge Marera Valley for the ever-inviting fireplace pit by the campfire where the Swahili lessons with fun are offered by our staff. LAKE MANYARA
Breakfast and drive the short distance to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing to this unique park with an alkaline lake and breathtaking views. Here you will view a wide variety of wildlife and the acacia woodlands offer the best overall wildlife viewing in the park. Enjoy your picnic lunches under the Acacia trees. This habitat is favored by the park's famous tree-climbing lions, leopards and giraffes and can claim the greatest elephant concentration in East Africa. Algae thrive in the high saline content of the lake. Huge and colorful flocks of birds gather in the water to feed, including many different varieties of birds that coexist together. In fact, well over 300 different species of birds have been recorded here. Leave the Park and drive back to Arusha and drop off at the given location. Accommodation will be at Gran Melia hotel.

ZANZIBAR
Today after breakfast we will drive you to Kilimanjaro airport ready for a trip To Zanzibar. On arrival at Zanzibar’s Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, you will be met by our driver who will take you on the short 20-minute transfer to your hotel in Stone Town, the historic quarter of Zanzibar City. ZANZIBAR - STONE TOWN - BEACH
This morning you will enjoy breakfast at your hotel, before meeting our expert local guide for a tour of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Over the centuries, many cultures have left their impressions on Zanzibar and it is perhaps in Stone Town where you can most easily see their influences. Your guide will lead you first to the colorful market, awash with exotic smells and buzzing with bartering locals. Afterwards, you will visit the calm of the 19th C cathedral, built on the former site of the slave market after the 1873 abolition of slavery. As you wander the narrow streets and alleys, you’ll pass the Arab houses with their inner courtyards, hidden behind heavy doors. You can compare their style with the Indian residences, adorned with balustrades and metal railings. Amongst the town’s historic sites are the ‘Tip Tip House,’ the Old Fort and the People’s Palace Museum. Lunch will be taken at the Silk Route Indian rooftop restaurant, with views to the ocean. The Silk Route is full of character, so enjoy the excellent cuisine, perhaps washing it down with a cocktail. ZANZIBAR, NUNGWI CULTURE VILLAGE AND SUNSET DHOW CRUISE
Morning after breakfast pick up from your hotel to the Nungwi Cultural Village Tour, at the north top of Zanzibar you will enrich yourself with village culture, the aquarium, visit the dhow building yard, Nungwi Fish Market and you will enjoy white sandy beach which is very conductive for swimming and beach relaxation. In the late afternoon you will have the Sunset Dhow Cruise. The best way to experience the glorious Zanzibar sunset. ZANZIBAR HALF DAY MNEMBA TOUR WITH DOLPHINS
After a pickup at your hotel , board your private boat heading to Mnemba Island. Depending on conditions, you can reach the coral reef of Mnemba Atoll Marine Reserve in up to 20 minutes. Once there, explore a reef that’s big enough for everyone so you won’t feel cramped, even on busy days. Keep your eyes peeled for yellow snappers, barracudas, turtles, and more. After snorkeling, enjoy a snack stop on a sandbar. Relax under the sun while enjoying fresh seasonal fruits and other small bites. Later, We will drive you back to the hotel in Nungwi. When and where does the tour end?
Your tour will conclude in Zanzibar on Day 15 of the trip. There are no activities planned for this day so you're free to depart at any time. We highly recommend booking post-accommodation to give yourself time to fully experience the wonders of this iconic city!
When and where does the tour start?
Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day, which gives you a chance to settle into your hotel and explore Arusha City. The only planned activity for this day is an evening welcome meeting at 7pm, where you can get to know your guides and fellow travellers. Please be aware that the meeting point is subject to change until your final documents are released.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Airport transfers are not included in the price of this tour, however you can book for an arrival transfer in advance. In this case a tour operator representative will be at the airport to greet you. To arrange this please contact our customer service team once you have a confirmed booking.
What about the local language? Do we need guide services everywhere?
We provide English speaking well for individual tours, For group tours, English speaking tour escorts would accompany the groups. During sightseeing involving historically important places or monuments, we provide English speaking local guides who are well knowledged in history and culture. We could even provide guides who speak French, German and Japanese, only on advanced booking.
Do You Accept Children Can Go to this tour
We accept children of all ages to travel on safari and believe it is a wonderful experience for families to travel together. For children to make the most out of their travels, we suggest looking into one of our special family itineraries. We have car seats available for very young children. Please bear in mind, some of the accommodation have minimum age restrictions, so please inform us of the age of your child/children.
Is tipping included in the tour cost? If not how much should it be for the trip?
Tipping is not included in any of our packages and it is left the discretion of the travellers. Though not compulsory, tipping is expected by one and all involved in the service industry.
