Travel Itinerary

DAY 1

FLY FROM ZANZIBAR AND GAME DRIVE IN SERENGETI

This morning, take your flight from Zanzibar to Serengeti, upon arrival at Seronera airstrip you will meet your guide and enjoy your first game drive in Serengeti national Park. This is the Park where the plains never end. Your full day here is spent out on the Serengeti, taking advantage of your game-rich location and expert guide to enjoy amazing game sightings and plenty to talk about around the campfire later. Enjoying a brand-new position close to Makoma Hill, the reimagined Nimali Serengeti enjoys uninterrupted views over kopje dotted plains. The game viewing in this area is outstanding all year round, with large herds of buffalo and elephant, an abundance of plains game and exceptional big cat sightings. Moreover, the lodge is located on one of the most renowned  wildebeest migration routes, with the herds moving through from April to June and October to December each year.

Day 2

GAME DRIVE IN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Another full day in serengeti, the whole day is spent at the Serengeti plains driving around and trying to locate animals. The driver will be in some contact with other drivers around through the VHF radios fitted on all our vehicles so you are sure to see quite a lot of animal actions. Predators killing, predators chasing and antelopes running for their dear lives is a norm in the Serengeti and if you are lucky you will go out with a tale to tell. Serengeti is famous for many animal species, small and large alike. You expect to see elephants, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, topis, hyenas, cheetahs, and the recently introduced black rhinos if you are lucky. Return to the camp for Dinner and overnight at Nimali Serengeti.

Day 3

DEPARTURE DAY - FLY TO ZANZIBAR

After early breakfast, you will bid the lodge goodbye by checking out and starting your last game safari in Serengeti for 1-2 hrs. You will enjoy your last game safari at Serengeti before departing for your next destination. You will drive to the airstrip in central Serengeti for your flight departing from Serengeti - towards Zanzibar.
