A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due prior to arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival: full refund of deposit.
Cancellations 30–59 days before arrival: 50% of total cost is refundable.
Cancellations less than 30 days: no refund.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Children are welcome; however, Singita Faru Faru Lodge is best suited for children 6 years and older.
Families with younger children should contact us to discuss special arrangements.
Child rates vary depending on age and number of children per suite.
4. Group Bookings
Group bookings are welcome and may receive customized itineraries, depending on lodge availability.
Groups of 6 or more may require additional deposit or special terms.
