Day 1
FLY ZANZIBAR TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
On this day we will transfer you to the Zanzibar Airport where you will take a morning flight departing at 08.00 hrs to the Serengeti National Park in Northern Tanzania. You will arrive in the Serengeti around 10.45 hs by mid-morning and you will be picked by our safari guide at the airstrip. Your first game drive starts straight away as soon as you leave the Airstrip in Seronera at Central Serengeti. The Seronera River valley is a well-known wildlife and birdlife rich region in the center of Serengeti. You expect to see a lot of animals including lions, leopards, zebras, buffaloes, topis, gazelles, etc. Depending on the location of the wildebeests you also may encounter extremely large crowds of the wildebeests (please ask your guide for the best location to spot them). You will have a picnic lunch on this day then the rest of the afternoon will be spent doing more game drives in the plains of the Serengeti until dusk when we will check in at lodge for relaxation, campfire dinner and later overnight stay. Day 2
FULL DAY SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Early morning game drives can be done on this morning at dawn, if you can wake up early. Talk to our guide the evening before. Sunrise game drives give the perfect opportunity to catch up with the rare nocturnal animal species that are more active during the nights as well as the early risers amongst the diurnal species. It is a nice time to see animals within a close distance as most games like to line up at the road sides to escape the morning dew. After breakfast at your lodge you will then spend the whole day within the Serengeti National Park. Alternatively you may choose to do morning and sunset game drives with a midday break for lunch and relaxation at the lodge. The name Serengeti comes from a Maasai word ‘Siringit’ which translates to ‘plains without end’ and true to the name you will explore vast stretches of the African savannah viewing the many animals and birds that Serengeti has to offer. Serengeti is home to more than 1.5 millions wildebeests but that is not all. You expect to spot other animals including lions, cheetahs, elephants, the elusive leopards, zebras, elands topics, warthogs, impalas, and many others. 2nd Overnight at four season safari lodge serengeti All meals included.

Day 3
ANOTHER FULL DAY SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Another full day in the Serengeti National Park. We are completely flexible with your preferences and this day will be organized according to your wishes. On every day of the safari, your guide will discuss with you the best timings for you, including the game drives and the wake up time. For example, on this day, you could do a morning game drive, return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation and finish with an afternoon game drive, or you could do a full day game drive with picnic lunch. Overnight there will be a four season safari lodge serengeti with all meals.

Day 4
FLY FROM SERENGETI - ZANZIBAR
.On this day we suggest a very early wake up in order to do an early morning game drive (when the animals are more active) and see one of the best sunrises you'll ever witness. It's really one of the most beautiful experiences to have. After the game drive, we return to the lodge for a rewarding brunch and then we'll proceed to the airstrip for your flight to your next amazing destination: Zanzibar. Alternatively, instead of this early morning game drive, you may choose to stay at the lodge for a bit of relaxation.

Is tipping included in the tour cost? If not how much should it be for the trip?
It’s recommended that if you are appreciative of the services of your safari guide, an 8-10$ per person per day tip would be appreciate but if you may want to give more, your are allowed to, depending on your satisfaction levels of his services.

For children to make the most out of their travels, we suggest looking into one of our special family itineraries. We have car seats available for very young children.
