Tanzania is a year-round destination, but the dry seasons (June–October and January–February) offer the best wildlife viewing. We’ll help you choose the best timing based on what you’d like to see.
1. Booking & Payments
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the start of the tour. Bookings made less than 60 days before departure require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
30–59 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are effective upon receipt.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to cancellation fees as outlined above. No refunds will be made for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
4. Inclusions & Exclusions
The tour package includes accommodation, airport transfers, game drives in a private 4x4 vehicle, park fees, meals as specified, domestic flights where mentioned, and bottled water during safaris.
Not included: International flights, visa fees, travel insurance, tips, personal expenses, and optional activities.
5. Travel Insurance
All participants are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and loss of belongings.
6. Health & Safety
Clients must ensure they meet the health requirements for the trip. It is the client’s responsibility to consult a medical professional for necessary vaccinations or medications prior to travel.
7. Changes to Itinerary
Paul Tours and Safari Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or park regulations. Any changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
8. Responsibility & Liability
While we take all reasonable steps to provide a safe and enjoyable trip, Paul Tours and Safari Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour. All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
