The safari is ideal year-round. However, the dry season (June to October) offers the best wildlife viewing, while the green season (November to March) provides lush landscapes, newborn wildlife, and fewer crowds. The Great Migration in the Serengeti may be visible depending on the month.
1. Booking & Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your safari booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the safari start date.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the safari will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days are subject to partial or no refund, depending on the timing. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
3. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. It should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings. Paul Tours Safari is not liable for any costs arising from travel delays, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
4. Itinerary Changes
While we strive to adhere to the published itinerary, Paul Tours Safari reserves the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, park regulations, or lodge availability. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where necessary.
5. Health & Travel Documents
All travelers must carry a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and obtain any necessary visas, vaccinations, or COVID-19 requirements prior to arrival in Tanzania. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure compliance with entry requirements.
