Booking and Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the safari start date. Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 50% of deposit refunded.

  • Cancellation 30–60 days before arrival: 25% of deposit refunded.

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: non-refundable.

3. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost luggage is strongly recommended.

4. Health and Vaccinations
Guests must ensure they have all recommended vaccinations for Tanzania and bring any required medication. Malaria prophylaxis is advised.
