Booking & Confirmation
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to the safari start date. Reservations made within 60 days require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 90+ days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee
60–89 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
30–59 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee
Less than 30 days before arrival or no-shows: 100% cancellation fee
All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Paul Tours Safari.
3. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers. It should cover medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, delays, and lost luggage. Proof of insurance may be requested before the trip begins.
4. Inclusions & Exclusions
Please refer to the Items Included and Not Included sections of your itinerary. Any personal expenses, gratuities, optional activities, or additional services not mentioned in the inclusion list will be charged separately.
5. Passport & Visa Requirements
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and any required visas for Tanzania. Paul Tours Safari can provide assistance but does not take responsibility for visa issues or denied entry.
6. Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for travel and up-to-date with recommended vaccinations (e.g., Yellow Fever). Please consult your doctor or a travel clinic prior to departure.
7. Itinerary Changes
Paul Tours Safari reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or activities due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. In such cases, equivalent alternatives of equal value will be provided.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, airline delays, or strikes.
9. Responsibility
Paul Tours Safari acts as an agent for hotels, lodges, airlines, and other suppliers. While we take all precautions to ensure quality service, we cannot be held liable for acts or omissions of third parties.
10. Governing Law
All bookings are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
