Booking & Confirmation:
A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the safari start date.

2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus bank charges

  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost

  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost (no refund)

3. Child Policy:
Children of all ages are welcome. Special rates may apply for children under 12 years sharing a room with adults. Some lodges have age restrictions for certain activities such as walking safaris or balloon rides.

4. Accommodation:
All accommodations are based on availability. Similar standard lodges/camps will be provided if listed properties are fully booked at the time of confirmation.

5. Travel Insurance:
Comprehensive travel insurance (including coverage for medical emergencies, cancellation, and trip interruption) is highly recommended and remains the responsibility of the traveler.

6. Safari Vehicle & Guide:
You will be provided with a private 4x4 safari vehicle and a professional English-speaking guide throughout the safari. Vehicles are equipped with pop-up roofs and charging points.
