Accommodation: The Manor at Ngorongoro
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
After breakfast at Arusha Coffee Lodge, your private guide will meet you for the scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, a journey of approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. En route, you’ll pass through local villages and scenic countryside before entering one of Tanzania’s most beautifully diverse parks.
Known for its giant baobab trees and dense elephant population, Tarangire offers incredible wildlife viewing year-round. Enjoy a full-day game drive in the park with a packed picnic lunch. Keep your eyes out for large herds of elephants, towering giraffes, tree-climbing pythons, buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, and predators like lions and leopards. The Tarangire River, a vital water source, attracts wildlife from miles around—especially during the dry season.
In the late afternoon, you’ll exit the park and begin your drive toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. Arrive at The Manor at Ngorongoro, a luxurious Cape Dutch-style estate set within a coffee plantation. Warm hospitality, elegant decor, and sweeping views over the green hills await you.
Unwind with a fireside cocktail or opt for a relaxing massage before sitting down to a sumptuous dinner. This peaceful haven is your base for exploring the Ngorongoro region over the next two days.
Accommodation: The Manor at Ngorongoro
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch (picnic), Dinner
Today, prepare for one of the most iconic safari experiences in Africa — a full-day game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.”
After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the largest intact volcanic caldera on Earth. This natural amphitheater is home to an astonishing concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five — lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard — along with hippos, zebras, wildebeest, jackals, flamingos, and hyenas.
Enjoy a picnic lunch near a hippo pool, surrounded by stunning scenery and the sounds of the wild. The crater’s unique ecosystem supports both predator and prey in close proximity, making for extraordinary photographic opportunities and thrilling game viewing.
In the late afternoon, ascend back to the crater rim and return to The Manor at Ngorongoro, where you can relax with a hot bath, tea on the terrace, or an optional horseback ride through the coffee estate.
End the day with a candlelit dinner and a glass of South African wine in the elegant dining room — a perfect close to an unforgettable day.
Accommodation: Serengeti Explorer Camp
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
After a relaxed breakfast at The Manor at Ngorongoro, you’ll check out and begin your journey toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. Depending on logistics and your preferences, you may travel by scenic game drive transfer through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area or opt for a scheduled bush flight from nearby airstrips for a quicker arrival.
As you enter the Serengeti, the vast open plains stretch endlessly before you — this is the stage for one of nature’s greatest spectacles, the Great Migration, as well as a year-round haven for lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and countless antelope.
Enjoy a leisurely game drive en route to your luxury base, Serengeti Explorer Camp, a stylish tented camp perfectly positioned for exceptional wildlife sightings. Each season, the camp moves location to follow the migration — ensuring prime access to the action, whether in the Central, Northern, or Southern Serengeti.
After check-in, unwind in your spacious tented suite with sweeping views of the savannah. Later, gather around the campfire with fellow travelers or enjoy a sundowner as the sky turns golden.
Dinner is served under the stars, with the sounds of the Serengeti all around you — lions calling in the distance, hyenas laughing, and the soft rustle of wildlife in the grass.
Accommodation: Serengeti Explorer Camp
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch (picnic or camp), Dinner
Rise early for a full day of adventure in the Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. With its sweeping plains, granite kopjes, and diverse ecosystems, the Serengeti offers some of the most consistent and spectacular game viewing on the continent.
Depending on the time of year and the camp’s location, you may be in the heart of the Great Migration, where over a million wildebeest and hundreds of thousands of zebras and gazelles thunder across the plains in search of greener pastures — followed closely by predators like lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas.
Your day will be tailored to your interests: choose a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch out in the bush, or split your day into morning and afternoon drives with time to relax at camp in between. With your private guide and vehicle, every moment is personalized for comfort, pace, and photography.
Look out for elephants roaming in herds, giraffes elegantly moving through the acacia trees, and hippos wallowing in muddy pools. The Serengeti is also a bird lover’s paradise, with over 500 recorded species.
In the evening, return to Serengeti Explorer Camp for a refreshing drink, share stories by the campfire, and dine al fresco under the starlit African sky. The sounds of the wild will lull you into restful sleep — tomorrow brings more exploration.

Today offers another incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in the wonders of the Serengeti, with a flexible schedule to explore lesser-traveled areas and follow the rhythm of the wild.
Your guide will help you venture off the beaten path, tracking recent wildlife movements and exploring quieter corners of the park for exclusive sightings. Whether you're searching for a solitary leopard lounging in a tree, a lion pride on a fresh kill, or herds of elephants crossing the plains, the Serengeti never disappoints.
Depending on your energy and interests, you can choose between:
A full-day game drive with a bush picnic,
A sunrise drive followed by lunch and rest at camp,
Or an optional early morning hot air balloon safari (available at an extra cost) — an unforgettable experience that offers panoramic views of the savannah as wildlife stirs below.
Back at Serengeti Explorer Camp, you can spend the afternoon relaxing with a drink on your private deck, watching wildlife pass by, or enjoying a guided nature walk (if offered in the area).
As the sun begins to set, toast the end of a magical day with a sundowner drink, followed by another exquisite dinner served under the stars. Tonight is your final night in the Serengeti — soak in the atmosphere and let the wilderness etch its memories deep in your soul.

Tonight, savor a farewell dinner celebrating your Tanzanian adventure, surrounded by the comfort of your lodge and the memories of an unforgettable safari experience.
Meal Plan: Breakfast (and lunch if departure is later in the day)

This is a private safari, meaning you will have your own 4x4 safari vehicle and a dedicated, professional guide throughout the journey. The schedule is flexible and tailored to your interests and pace.
