Yes, most travelers will need to obtain a visa before arrival. Kenya offers an easy eVisa application process online. We recommend securing your visa well in advance.
Consult your doctor about vaccinations and malaria prophylaxis before travel. Carry any prescribed medications and drink only bottled or purified water while on safari.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A 30–50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your safari. The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start date. Bookings made within 60 days require full payment upon confirmation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows:
60+ days before departure: Loss of deposit
30–59 days: 50% of total tour cost
0–29 days: 100% of total tour cost
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
3. Travel Insurance
All clients are required to have valid travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss.
4. Passport & Visa Requirements
Guests are responsible for obtaining a valid passport (with at least 6 months' validity) and any necessary visas. We can provide guidance, but obtaining the correct documentation is the traveler’s responsibility.
5. Health & Safety
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for travel. Vaccinations for yellow fever and malaria prophylaxis are recommended. Please consult your physician before travel.
6. Changes & Modifications
