All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total safari cost.

Full payment must be made at least 45 days prior to the travel date.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or secure online payment link.

All bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellation Policy

60+ days before arrival: 15% cancellation fee.

30–59 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.

0–29 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.

No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of the safari.

Rates

Rates are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, park fee adjustments, or government taxes.

Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions: Accommodation, meals as per itinerary, park fees, game drives, professional guide, bottled drinking water in safari vehicles.

Exclusions: International flights, visa fees, personal travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, tips, and personal expenses.

Liability

Paul Tours Safari shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by delays, sickness, theft, or any other cause beyond our control.


Child Policy

Children 0–2 years: Free of charge when sharing with parents.

Children 3–11 years: 50% of the adult rate when sharing with two adults.

Children 12 years and above: Charged at the full adult rate.

For families requiring a private vehicle, normal private hire rates apply.

Children under 6 years are not allowed on shared game drives in certain national parks for safety reasons — a private vehicle is recommended.


Group Booking Policy

A minimum of 10 paying guests qualifies for group rates.

1 free seat (FOC) for every 15 paying guests (excluding park fees and taxes).

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure group bookings.

Final rooming list and full payment must be received 60 days prior to arrival.

Any last-minute reduction in group size may result in rate adjustments.
