A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days before the safari start date.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges apply as follows:

  • 60+ days before departure: loss of deposit

  • 30–59 days: 50% of total cost

  • 0–29 days: 100% of total cost (no refund)

Travel Insurance:
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and should cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal belongings, and emergency evacuation.

Health & Vaccinations:
It is your responsibility to ensure you are up to date with vaccinations (e.g., yellow fever) and to consult your doctor for malaria prevention and any health-related travel advice.

 Flights & Transfers:
The package includes scheduled internal flights within Tanzania. International flights are not included. All guests must provide passport information in advance for flight arrangements.
