Tour Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment:
A 30–50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the safari departure date. Late bookings (within 30 days) require full payment upon confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will receive a full refund minus transaction fees. Cancellations within 30–59 days are subject to a 50% charge, and cancellations within 0–29 days are non-refundable. Custom terms may apply depending on lodges and camps booked.

3. Travel Insurance:
Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical coverage, trip cancellation, and evacuation) is highly recommended and remains the client’s responsibility.

4. Safari Inclusions & Exclusions:
The safari price includes all park fees, accommodation, meals as listed, transport in a private 4x4 vehicle, and guiding services. Items of a personal nature, tips, travel insurance, and international flights are not included unless specifically stated.

5. Health & Vaccinations:
Guests are advised to consult a doctor or travel clinic regarding vaccinations (especially yellow fever) and malaria prevention before arrival in Tanzania.

6. Itinerary Changes:
While every effort is made to follow the confirmed itinerary, Paul Tours Safari reserves the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, wildlife movement, or park regulations.
