  • A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.

  • Full payment must be made at least 45 days before the safari start date.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation more than 45 days before the safari start date: full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Cancellation between 30 and 45 days: 50% refund.

  • Cancellation less than 30 days: no refund.

3. Changes and Amendments

  • Changes to itineraries or bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Paul Tours Safari reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or park regulations.

4. Health and Safety
