Arrival in Arusha – Safari Introduction

Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly greeted by your Paul Tours Safari representative. After a brief meet and assist, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Arusha, the safari gateway town known for its vibrant culture and stunning views of Mount Meru.

Take some time to relax and recover from your journey. Later in the day, you’ll attend a detailed safari briefing where your guide will review the itinerary, answer questions, and provide helpful tips for your upcoming adventure.

Depending on your arrival time, you may explore the local markets or enjoy the hotel’s amenities.

Day 2

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Your guide will assist with transfer arrangements to the Serengeti airstrip for your flight to Arusha, Nairobi, or your next destination. Alternatively, if traveling by road, enjoy a scenic drive with stops along the way to soak in the beauty of the Tanzanian countryside.

Upon arrival at the airport or onward destination, you will be assisted with check-in formalities. We wish you safe travels and hope the memories of your unforgettable African safari stay with you forever.

Tour Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.

  • Full payment must be made at least 60 days prior to the tour start date.

  • Bookings made within 60 days of the departure require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour start date will incur a loss of the deposit.

  • Cancellations between 59 and 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.

  • Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.

3. Itinerary Changes

  • Paul Tours Safari reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political situations, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Any changes will be communicated promptly and alternatives provided where possible.

4. Health and Safety

  • Guests must ensure they have appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and evacuation.

  • Travelers are responsible for any vaccinations or health precautions required for travel to Tanzania.

  • Paul Tours Safari is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss sustained during the tour.

5. Passport and Visa

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond the trip dates.

  • Visas for Tanzania must be obtained prior to arrival unless eligible for visa on arrival.

  • Paul Tours Safari is not responsible for visa refusals or entry denial.

6. Liability

  • Paul Tours Safari, its agents, and partners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the tour due to negligence or acts beyond our control.

7. Force Majeure

  • In the event of natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events, Paul Tours Safari reserves the right to cancel or alter the tour itinerary without liability.

8. Equipment and Services

  • All vehicles, accommodations, and services provided meet standard safety regulations.

  • Special requests or dietary requirements must be communicated at booking but cannot be guaranteed.

9. Photography and Media

  • Guests consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
